      The best decision I ever made!

      My 5 month old Shtu Emma first hair cut was done with love and patience from the staff at Classy Critters.I was able to stay to help Emma feel safe and I know I can leave her there as she had a wonderful experience and I love the fact that the dogs aren't caged, you can see everything that goes on and they are returned in a timely manner.The socialization is awsum for all the happy dog there.       Kind, caring and good at what they do

      I like to take my dog to Classy Critters to have her nails trimmed. They do a very good job to trim them short without hurting her and they even shave the hair from between the pads on the bottom of her feet. They are kind and truly love dogs. They even give her hugs and kisses sometimes!

      As owner and head groomer, Kathy has been operating Classy Critters, Inc. and grooming pets for twenty years and she has loved every minute of it. As a member of C.E.R.T, Kathy became certified in: animal emergency disaster, animal behavior/dog training, first aid and C.P.R. Kathy's personal golden retriever, Buddy, is certified in fire and rescue and is also a therapy dog. Kathy's experience and knowledge has enabled her to readily identify suspicious lumps, sores, and skin problems that need special attention. Her experience with special needs dogs allows Classy Critters, Inc. to stand out within the industry. Classy Critters, Inc. gladly accepts elderly dogs, feared breeds, and behaviorally challenged dogs. On any given day Kathy may be seen working together with a pet owner to accomplish a special need for a particular animal. Kathy values the bond she forms with her clients. Kathy says, "My personal goal twenty years ago and still in place today is that all dogs need to feel safe, and know that they are in the gentle hands of someone they can trust and who are sympathetic to their special needs. 'Our pets are family!' It brings joy and satisfaction when the dog turns and gives one of us a big doggie kiss! And we get a lot of them!" There are a lot of groomers out there, but only one Kathy and she's made Classy Critters, Inc. what it is today.
