I can't believe this place has such a high star rating. No other website I have visited has the dealer rated this high. See my experience below:After contacting the dealer on Car Gurus and getting an email from Amy saying the Jeep Renegade was in stock, I decided to call the dealer after seeing the reviews that sometimes the vehicle was not in stock. On the phone, Crystal said it was available and set up an appointment for the morning. Then in the morning, I asked about the vehicle via text and nothing was said about it being unavailable. When I got there, the salesman said the Jeep needed parts that were on back order. I should have left then, but I was already there, and I test drove a couple vehicles. The sales manager tried to convince me to take home a car I didn't like then said they would try to find me a vehicle I liked. I asked about the Renegade, and the manager said the Jeep was missing a part that had been on back order for a month. I did not like these tactics and will not return.

Mike was very pleasant and had exceptional knowledge of the Town and Country vehicle. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We needed to purchase our car for pick up as soon as we moved to our new home in Lakeland, FL. Not only did Dale give us the best price of any Dodge dealer we found on line in the Florida area, he also beat the face to face special dealer offers that Central New York area Dodge dealers offered. Dale arranged to obtain the exact color van that we wanted and all the options we requested. His immediate response met all of our needs. We arrived in Lakeland on Monday and picked up our brand new freshly waxed mini van with a full tank of gas ready for us to drive to our new home. Lakeland Chrysler Dodge and Dale's services were EXCELLENT every step of the way!!!!

Dealer tried to use bait and switch advertising. Verified the internet price to me over the phone and told me the only thing added in would be sales tax (tax only on the diff bet sales price and my trade), title, reg. & tag transfer fees (250.00 for all 3.) Got there and they tried to add back in the discount advertised on the internet of $1609.00. Poor Dealer.

I purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 on 3/9/10 and drove it back to Ma. on a temp.fl.plate it's been two weeks and I have not received any paperwork from the dealership and no one there knows whats going on and will not help Do not purchase a vehicle from here unless to walk out with all title and papers in hand.
