I've honored myself and the entire family of man by becoming a teacher. Pat Conroy, Prince of TidesWe are the Jefferson County Education Association ( JCEA ). Affiliated with the Colorado Education Association ( CEA ) and the National Education Association ( NEA ), JCEA is both a professional association and an advocate organization for teachers. Since 1968 we have successfully represented the interests of teachers, students and public schools through successful negotiations of our comprehensive Master Agreement with the Jeffco Public Schools and a variety of Association programs.
