Worse place ever. The staff is extremely rude. The service is extremely expensive. They might break something while repairing the original problem and they will not respond. Please do not take your car there!
Great customer service. Very up front and straight forward. Had the work done on my jeep cherokee before the scheduled time. Rate was very reasonable. For the other customer complaining about the service fee, like you said yourself "straight from the gentleman mouth" if you weren't ok with that then you should of went somewhere else. Thanks for everything Brian.
Excellent service. Had my truck done the same day. I'm a plumber here in Lakewood and need my service van to do my job. When my truck broke I needed it fixed quickly. Like I said before they had it done the same day. Thank u

F- Called and needed some AC parts and a recharge. The dealership had already gone through it and charged me for the diagnostic check up. I had a list and a receipt verifying the parts. This place wouldn't do it unless I paid them to go through it again for the same assessment. It's a shame when you can't give a mechanic a simple list of parts you need, with part numbers, and have them take care of it for you. Ridiculous. F-. Doesn't even deserve 1 star, just had to put that at a minimum to place this comment. I'd hate to see what these guys are charging people.
I have a volkswagen and the service light would keep coming on. Volkswagan would charge me $75 every time i would bring it by the dealership. They would never find anything wrong but charge me. I now that me car to Lakewood Elec and if there is nothing wrong they don't charge me. It is nice to have an honest auto repair store in the neighborhood.
I live in Lakewood and Briant has worked on all of my cars. I have never owned a "new" car so anytime there is something wrong with it I take it to Briant. He is HONEST and will give you excellent customer care.
Read a good comment about this shop online and took my car into them. They charge $95 for a diagnostic whether you do the work with them or not and whether it takes them 5 minutes or an hour (this straight from one of the gentlement that works there). The diagnostic did not include a detailed diagnosis of the problem (in my case, where a short was in a particular wire). With the diagnostic, 2 hours of labor (at $100/hour) to find and fix the short and two necessary parts, the estimate was $400 total. I chose not to do the work with them after consulting with a car-saavy friend and picked up my car. Thankfully, they did not charge me for the diagnostic because the gentleman told me there were so many things wrong with my car that he felt badly for me. I took my car to a dealership and they fixed the problem with just the minimum diagnostic/labor charge and 1 replacement part for a total of $180. The problem has not returned in the two weeks I've had it back.
