This is for the restaurant. They have great food. I probably go here at least once a month, sometimes 2-3 times, the food is always delicious. Try the fish-n-chips, the appetizers, all really good. However, the service is still really bad. I usually bring a friend or two and warn them up front about the service.

POOR SERVICE IN THE RESTAURANT! It wasn't just once either. Every time I go, I wait at LEAST fifteen minutes for someone to notice me and bring me a menu and then they don't come back for another long while. One time, the waitress forgot my drink three times and I had to physically go up to the bar and ask the bartender for it. The food is fantastic though! At the bar itself, I get great service. Most likely because I'm sitting right in front of them. Industry specials for 4 half off drinks/50% off menu items keep me coming back but IT IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT. I wouldn't pay full price for such crappy service.

This review is for the restaurant located in the facility. The food is truly authentic and if you want to try REAL Chinese food. THIS is the place to eat. I would have given a 5star rating but the service is horrible. We've eaten here 6 times and each time we were never greeted or seated. We just sat down at a table. The waitress took 45mins to acknowledge us. Then she never came back to take our order. We were told from another waitress that it would be better if we ordered from the bar. We didn't want this to ruin our night...so even though it was an inconvenience to us...we took our menus and ordered from the bar. To my surprise....the bartender was rude and had an attitude as if we were bothering her. On our way back to our seats a group of young men walked in and that's when the bartender seemed to lighten up. She joked and laughed with them so loud that I could hear the entire conversation. Very unprofessional! THE FOOD - 5 STARS. THE SERVICE-0 STARS
