      in the last weekThis place is the most horrible business. If I could give Budget a minus 100 stars- I surely would. I stored my belongings there and some of them got stolen. There was a break-in to four of the units there, including mine. They stole my I-Mac and more valuable electronics. My original plan was to come and move out my belongings in November, but I had to come much earlier, which was not easy as I live in TX. I contacted a moving company and arranged this. There was nobody to talk to in Budget besides the security guy/office manager, Juan. They did not give me back my money for the paid month (as I took out my belongings before the end of the month after paying for the whole month), and they did not agree to file an insurance claim on my behalf even though they had promised some kind of a compensation in case of a theft. When I first came there, Juan promised me that the place was secured and bragged about the new system they had just got... all lies! They have no sufficient security system, there was a break-in a month before I came which hadn't been reported to me, and the criminal is walking free as the police would not do much about it. Budget didn't even report the 2nd break-in (in which they stole my items) , and agreed to do it only after I demanded Juan to do so. Juan had the nerve to call me and ask for $25 for the police report, which of course I refused to pay. That resulted with him saying to me that my Insurance claim would not be filed. To make this story short: My advice is - if your items are dear to you (and I'm sure they are) then don't ever use Budget's storage. EVER.
