Very professional stuff. great impression!

The surgery went smoothy and Dr. Antebi was great, however trying to get ahold of medical records a few years later has been an absolute nightmare!!!

I first called to get the medical records release waiver sent to me as I live out of town, and a week later I still hadn't received it. So, I called again, and would repeatedly get the voicemail machine. Then, I got a call back saying it was sent, so I asked another to be delivered because I hadn't received it and it doesn't take a week when you're in a town only an hour away. They sent an other and what do you know?! I had TWO sitting in my mailbox. Somehow, they must have messed up and not sent out the first, and when they realized they didn't get it out, they sent it with the second.

I then filled one out and sent it back. 1 week later when I still hadn't received a call letting me know they received it, I called. But got no answer so I left a voicemail. Then, the next day I still hadn't gotten a call back, so I left a voicemail. A couple days later STILL NO CALL so I left a voicemail! Another WEEK goes by and NO CALL, so I left a voicemail! I then, decided to call up the manager who said she would go look through the papers to see if they had received it and they hadn't she said. I assume she was lying because just like trying to get the medical waiver in the mail when it supposedly got "lost" it didn't get "lost" again on the way back. So, instead I faxed it over. Then, called the manager again after of course, not being able to get ahold of the medical records desk man Eric. She told me she would have him fax my records over either that night or the next morning. So, of course, it was the next morning....

AFTER A MONTH OF THIS I finally received my medical records. Worst office imaginable!!! Absolutely 0 customer service.

The best team of professionals in the Antelope Valley. I have been going there for over a year and I haven't had single complaint about them.
