Reynolds Law Offices recently represented my bank during the closing on my new home. In the days leading up to that closing, when time was of the essence, they were clearly unprepared and I found myself chasing them for important documentation. I also saw very little urgency on their part with regards to meeting the closing deadline I was accountable for. In fact, I’m confident the closing would not have happened on time had I sat back and trusted this firm. Once the closing was completed, I had a simple follow up request for Reynolds and was met with a sarcastic and arrogant response. I would not recommend this firm for legal matters of any kind and would point out that there are approximately 975 legal services providers in Worcester County. Be sure to find a professional firm you can count on and remember that even law firms should have to earn your business.
