My approach is eclectic - drawing from evidence-based psychological approaches to therapy: cognitive behavioral, family systems, humanistic/person-centered, and mindfulness-based therapy. Most people generally benefit from a variety of techniques. I also teach mindfulness, meditation, deep breathing, and muscle relaxation.I work with people from diverse racial, ethnic, socio-economic backgrounds, persons with disabilities, gender and sexuality issues.
