One bad apple? That must be the case with this location. I have never been so unprofessionally treated by the entire crew of a bank in my life. The man at the desk was the worst. I made a deposit on a Tuesday afternoon, only to find that the money did not post that day, nor the next day, and I was told I would need to wait for the third day for the money to appear in my bank account. This, in spite of the fact that the check was written by a company just down the street that has an account at that bank, which is also my bank! I was scolded by the teller and told that I should've simply cashed it and then made a cash deposit. The problem? They couldn't help me, because it didn't work with the rhythm of the timing of the way they do things with the bank. I would need to wait another day. So I pulled out a $50 cashiers check and asked them to please either cash it or credit it and post it to my account for that day. Again, they pointed to a sign that said all cashiers checks may be reviewed before being cashed. I said great, review it! Please help me out here I am your customer! They refused and simply said they could not help me. I asked to speak with the man at the desk. He parroted the same lines. I asked him why was he even there at the bank? Robots and signs don't cut it! People are in the bank to deal with people problems! This whole deal was on them. But I was being asked to just hold off of another day before I could see a penny of all this money that I deposited in the bank, and they were stubbornly refusing to even allow me to get an immediate post on the cashiers check made out to me! Question: what good is it to have an account at a bank? And what good is it to have human beings in the bank who are supposed to solve problems, when they act like the brain dead robots? I had had enough, and decided to drive a couple miles down the street to another Commerce Bank branch. The smiling teller immediately cashed the check for me on the spot with a smile. The moral of the story is, stay away from this branch! You will be sorely disappointed. These people are brain-dead! And they don't have a clue what "customer service" even means!
