My mom and stepdad lived here for almost two years. I was there 6 times.i live in California I knew the people that worked there. I met them.
I was there July 7 2016, when my mom passed away. 44 days later I could not get a hold of my step dad. I called the front desk and they would tell me where he was. My sister called my brother called, we called for a week. They said you have to talk to a family member. We are the family!!!
He died!!! He died and they would tell us.
He died and we missed his funeral.
They should have told us.
It's an outrage

I know someone that has been applying for a job at this Company and he been interview 3 times then the manager said he will call him the next day. but he never did. I wonder if this how they run their operation in the health care department. If it is I wouldn't want my family to go their.
