THE ORAL EXAM IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF STAYING HEALTHY- AND IT IS ALWAYS DONE THOROUGHLY. ANYONE NEEDS GOOD AND COMPLETE DENTAL CARE-THIS IS THE PLACE TO CHOSE!!!!

Dr. Gilbert has been my dentist of choice for several years. He's not the first dentist I've seen in Las Cruces, but he's the best! He is gentle and professional. His staff is wonderful, too. I especially like the way he gives back to the community. Once a year, he and his staff donate their time and offer free dental care - whether it's an extraction, cleaning or a filling, there's no charge during Dentistry from the Heart. Because of the bad experiences I've had with Dentists in Las Cruces in my 50+ years, I have finally found a Great Dentist!! I have been with Bright Star Dental for 7 years and I no longer have to take meds for a cleaning/checkup. Dr. Gilbert and his staff are kind, considerate and they explain all procedures and generously give their full attention to me. Today I went for a checkup/cleaning with Marie, the hygienist, she was very gentle and explained everything to me, I was very impressed with her and I hope to see her in October. Dr. Gilbert has been my dentist for over 13 years, having performed major cosmetic work, 2 permanent bridges, a tooth for an implant, and regular upkeep. I am very satisfied with the results. He and his staff are caring, responsive, professional and personable.

Dr. Gilbert and his staff are highly professional and highly trained. The environment is soothing and welcoming. Exceptional efforts are made to keep the patient comfortable, including heat and massage equipped chairs, pleasing art on the walls, protected lighting overhead, video monitors with relaxing nature scenes, and the offering of a hot washcloth when service is completed. After each cleaning, a toothbrush and floss are provided, and the choice of a chocolate candy bar, carnation, or other small gift is offered. I tried several dentists in Las Cruces before settling on Dr. Gilbert and his staff, and have been a satisfied costumer for over 10 years.

Bright Star Dental - Dr. Gilbert and his team are the best...they are ALL customer service oriented, professionals and friendly...they make you feel comfortable...greet you immediately with a big smile...offer you bottled water and are prompt to call you in for your scheduled appointment. Dr. Gilberts staff did several white colored fillings on me. He was in for 5 minutes, drilled and let his assistants do the rest of the work. I dont even know if this is llegal Had I known about his "clinical skills" I would have NEVER gone!

Crown was poorly made, assistant placed backwards, requested appt. with Gilbert, did not see him. Tooth became infected and had to be pulled. Gilbert was non responsive and did not provide records when requested. Very poor Dentist.

Dr was inattentive, hurried, hasty. Crown was poorly cast by assistant and placed roughly. Bite never fixed properly staff was incompetent and compromised sensitive personal information
