Provided by YP.comI was a client of Melissa, somewhere back in 2015 and 2016. She is the GREATEST person I ever met. She was their when I needed her.... Even when I was having problems, she would HELP me through it....

Provided by YP.comMelissa was my therapist. She is a great listener. The facility itself was ok. But I think it depends on who you make an appointment with. For me, I saw Melissa every week for two months, and then every other week for 3 months as my conditions got better. She was able to keep me off medications, which I did not want. After my first visit, she developed a treatment plan that worked perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend

Provided by YP.comMy first appointment with psychiatrist Joan was cancelled the day before. Followibg appointment was okay. She spoke over me, seemed irritable and hardly made eye contact. 2nd appointment was just days before school and to get a prescription refill. I waited a half hour before the staff told me she was on vacation. They told me they called twice to reschedule but I had no phone calls. I had one phone call from them just the day before to remind us of our appointment. Therefore I was blown off again and my son is now going into school in just days and he Will be off his medication for the first time in a month. They said they could squeeze me in on Monday the first day of school which is Not a good thing for a kid going into kindergarten and all the changes. Quite irritating and disappointing. Even if the appointment were appropriately cancelled, someone should have checked what appointments were being canceled like prescription refills and to attend to the matter.

Provided by YP.comDonna is a phony and a fake. She quotes only 1 PhD in her "rogue" reunification treatment plans (she refers to herself as a rogue therapist who cares about kids - SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HOW HER ACTIONS HURT AND AFFECT CHILDREN); a PhD who "earned" his doctorate at on on-line school. A PhD whose resume is missing 15 years of work experience. A PhD who has completed NO research and has NO other PhDs who support his claim for reunification therapy., and yet, this is who Donna Wilburn aligns herself with. She does not follow the AAMFT's Code of Ethics, she knowingly violates NRS, and she lies to the Court about how great her treatment plan was. When the court read Donna's report, and then read my daughter's pediatrician's report, the Court was BEYOND concerned with what was basically Donna lying and manipulating information in order to protect herself, her "business" and her $$$$$$. Do you own due diligence before you EVEN CONSIDER USING DONNA WILBURN as your or your children's therapist. Clearly, Donna's personal issues have affected her ability to treat other people in a fair, equitable and objective manner!!

Provided by YP.comJacqueline Evans was my therapist and my daughters. I was upset when she decided that she could no longer help my daughter (who is a child,) without any referral or suggestions. We were cash paying since her facility did not accept our PPO insurance. I don't recommend her, unless you have Medicaid and maybe a slightly more "curable" mental illness. We thought we had a good thing, but after 2 years, we are still looking for a therapist here in Las Vegas.

Provided by YP.comThey make you wait about a hour or more after your appointment time. They are very unorganized. This is my 4th time I've been here and they make you wait over an hour and more. I will not be back.

Provided by YP.comHeads up Guidance and Wellness center was such an amazing experience. I went there for Depression/PTSD and Anxiety the darkest time of my life and they treated me like family and not just a patient. My counselor Nicole was awesome and so was the entire staff such a friendly and welcoming environment. The front desk staff was so caring thank you Paris, Ginger, Nicole and Dr. Alejandro and the rest of the staff you have given me the greatest gift I could have ever received. I now have hope and a new outlook on life thank you love you guys and you would surely be missed.

Provided by YP.comThis is a wonderful clinic that has great therapists and one of the best adolescent medication prescribers in Las Vegas. I highly recommend Heads up Nevada if you are seeking therapy or medication management. It was wonderful to call to make an appointment and be scheduled to see someone the next day especially because I was in need to see someone as soon as possible. They were very helpful, expedient and thorough.

Provided by YPmobileExpect to be bullied. At least a couple of the councillors and the psychiatrist see no problem with making assumptions without speaking to the patient. After their front desk messed up and said I was okay to reschedule due to a conflict with my kids school hours, I was then accused of lying and trying to manipulate the system. After I did everything in my power to fix the problem they had caused, the doctor treated me with contempt and refused to continue the treatment he had started. He did not have any interest in hearing about how the depression and my ability to focus had worsened. He changed me back to a medication that we had just stopped due to it's adverse affects (causing ulcers when I had 9) and it's lack of affect on the desired area. I am not stupid or irrational, I am a mother and wife studying for my Bachelor's in Psychology and I have a chemical imbalance; yet, this office treated me like a dangerous and unpredictable criminal. To say I was insulted would be an understatement.
