This is the most poorly ran store that I have ever been to. Employees stealing mail, packages that go missing, faxing to the wrong numbers, and it is all ran by a Manager named Laura Gonzales. They are rude, unprofessional, and frankly, I would go as far as to say uneducated. Even basic job tasks go undone. They also have been known to engage in credit card fraud. My bank took care of that, but I suspect that the blame is on this store since it was the only place I used that card. AVOID this place like the plague! I'm sure this store will go bankrupt soon enough, it is being ran into the ground and they still have not paid me the refund that is past due.

I have rented a box here for three years and used some of the other services available through the store. Every one of the ladies who work there go above and beyond to help you. They are always pleasant and professional, even to the point of waiting outside the store with our mail when we were running late because they knew we were waiting on a letter. Its so nice to feel like you are using a service where you are treated like a friend and not a number, well done Marcia & the team!
