As an active aircraft pilot, ocean sailor and motorcyclist, our Firm's founder, Monty K. VanderMay, has first-hand knowledge of the perils of an active lifestyle. Our lawyers are well versed in the legal ramifications of accidents which result in personal injury or property damage. We regularly represent clients who have sustained injuries and/or lost family members due to catastrophic events. We also represent clients who have suffered as a result of abuse by others, including health care providers, religious workers, and child and elder care providers. Consultations Consultation for accident victims is always at no charge. We charge a fee for initial consultations on most other matters ranging from $150 to $250. This fee typically covers up to forty-five minutes of total time (including any case specific preparation and a conference with one of our attorneys).
