A few days later, I called him to make an appointment to visit him the following day. I came to his office and we end up spending a couple of hours going thu each and every one of my current insurance policies. He patiently explained and point out all of the pros and cons of my existing insurance program and never once try to ask me to switch to him or buy from him. I was so impressed of his professionalism and decided at that point that he will be my Agent from now on. Since then, I am so happy with him and his agency services. I definitely recommend him to everyone.
