I told the owner I didn't approve of my dog having a towel wrapped around his head to prevent him from biting. He was having his anal glands done... painful for dogs. I asked for a muzzle on him instead. She insured she would do this and she would work on the dog herself. When I went to pick him up I heard him crying in pain and he was getting yelled at by a worker once she saw me she shut the door. I heard her say he bit me and I had the towel wrapped around his head. I was very angry and told the desk clerk to get my dog to me no matter how much they had left to do they went and got the owner who went in and talked to my dog and he was fine when she entered the room and took control. However they didn't do ask I asked no towel should be put around his head where he cant breath. I will never take him back again. If there was nothing to hid why shut the door? Iv owned dogs of all sizes and breeds for 38 years this was the worst treatment at a groomers to date.

NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS HORRIBLE GROOMER. My wife took both our dogs to Accent pet groomers at 12:30 and it was agreed that they would be done at 5pm that same day. My wife tried to call them several times around 5pm but could not reach anyone. She finally got a hold of the someone around 6pm and they said that our dogs would be complete in about an hour. At 8pm my wife went to pick up our dogs an when she got there both dogs had been bathed but NOT groomed. She told the owner that she wanted our dogs back and she would pay the services completed. The owner told my wife she would NOT give her our dogs until they were groomed. Frustrated, scared and very mad at this point, my wife decided to call the Police. While they waited for the Police the owner had one of our dogs groomed. The Police were not very helpful but we did get our dogs back. We paid FULL price for INCOMPLETE service. This was the only way we could get our dogs back this same day. There is NO WAY I would leave my dog at this place over night or for that matter another 30 minutes. The owner was VERY RUDE to us and if she was this rude to us then I wonder what our dogs went through staying there for 8 hours. I am going to report this groomer to the better business bureau.

I brought my two dogs here for grooming 1 time about 12 weeks ago. They (the owner and sister with what seemed to be a litter of children because of the chaos) were there when I dropped them off. It felt like a daycare center. They weren't rude at this point but not customer service oriented either. The dogs weren't done on schedule and somehow that was made into my fault. When I called on time status, I received a rude lecture as if I was in superior to them. Funny thing was I was being disrespected, spoken to rudely and attacked as an animal owner. (note that my dogs receive stellar vet services timely eat as well as I do). It was hard to take seriously from a what appeared to be, meth mouthed egotistical youngster. I never questioned the pricing or their talents but these girls will argue with a fence post and are trashy street fighters. Something of the Jerry springer type... Never their fault and always require the last word. (see their response to another review below) My dogs actually looked good, but makes me wonder if they can't show professionalism with the person putting food on their table, how can I not question what they put my dogs through while I'm not there? I will NEVER use their services or deal with these rude people again. They don't deserve business until they grow up past the age of an angry 15 year old.
