Mr. Lowe is a liar. He never returns phone calls or letters. He doesn't listen to anything you have to say, no matter if its the truth or not. He would probably believe a lie before the truth, on anything. He did not show up for court, nor did he advise me of the last court date. The people at his office are rude and disrespectful as well. So if you ever have a legal issue PLEASE stay clear of him or you will end up either in jail or with a large fine
