I am a daughter of an 83 year old retired military wife. She formally owned her own business for many years in Leavenworth Ks. Mr. Kramer is over seeing a dear friend of hers Trust. My mother spoke with Mr. Kramer about receiving a small inheritance from that Trust. My mother of 83 years of age was reprimanded by Mr. Kramer accusing her of being greedy and pushy. I'm sure her dear friend is rolling over about now. So much for professionalism and decency to our elders.
