      Aspire Counseling specializes in evidence-based individual counseling for anxiety and trauma at our new Lee's Summit office. Our expert clinicians use research-backed methods like exposure therapy for anxiety, ERP for OCD, CBTn for nightmares, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma/PTSD to help clients overcome challenging mental health issues. We also offer counseling services in Spanish with one native Spanish-speaking therapist on our team. In addition to weekly individual counseling, we offer 1-2 week long trauma intensives for people wanting to quickly reduce their PTSD symptoms. Let us help you achieve your mental health goals today.
