Provided by YPmobileI joined YP.com specifically to review this store. I came in, I browsed, and I was ignored by every sales person on the floor. I approached the counter, and was told they were "just the parts crew", and I'd have to "go track down a sales guy". I stood out on the sales floor for a few minutes, and was ignored. I approached a "sales guy" and asked for assistance, he told me to "just hold on a sec" in a rude, impatient tone. I was then told by another employee to move out of the isle while he drove a riding lawn mower through the store. I'm no expert, but I'm fairly confident that gasoline-fueled machinery shouldn't be operated in a confined indoor space with poor ventilation. To top it off, the Honda HRR216K9VYA I was looking at was listed as "$559 MSRP, $529 Sale Price". Home Depot's price was $499 with an extended 3 year warranty. I understand markup and on-site service options, and would have happily discussed pricing options... IF someone would've talked to me and I wasn't dealing with noxious fumes. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Provided by YP.comBy far the most rude customer service I have ever seen...I will drive 100 miles for parts before going back in this place....NEVER AGAIN!

Provided by YP.comI purchased a very nice tractor with mower and tiller. When the tiller arrived, the bolts on the tiller were not secured. I requested that the tiller be connected because this was new equipment for us. However, as it was delivered, the new tiller had loose arm bolts which caused it to immediately slide into the tires causing significant damage to the tires. I sent photos of the damage cause by the tiller that was not inspected for safe operation.
The dealer did nothing to repair the damage to my tires caused by their negligence in providing equipment with loose bolts. When we buy a tractor or attachment, it is reasonable to assume that at the time of purchase, the equipment is securely bolted and working properly. The dealer told me in person they would not do anything to correct their damage to my tractor.
In addition, the tractor was deliver with many several plugs leaking oil. When, I asked for someone to assist in inspecting leaks, the dealer would not send a person to my farm which is located about 10-15 minutes from the dealer. I was told I have to bring in my tractor which is of course very impossible given the tractor size. This is a dealer that offers field service.
I made a mistake purchasing equipment from this dealer and would not go back for any reason. I would go to another John Deere company or fix the tractor myself. I do not want my machine to incur any more damage caused by this dealer.

Provided by YP.comBeware of their service department. Took my pushmower in for a carb rebuild and tuneup. When I went to pick it up after they called, it wasn't done. All they had done was "check" it over and tell me it needed a carb rebuild and tune-up. Exactly what I told them to do. Then they charged me $40 for the check out. I'm taking my mower elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these guys if you don't have a monster mower. They don't care!
