When it came time for the work to be performed, his team did an amazing job. Both in terms of the finished product, and also keeping me informed as challenges arose during. Despite potential setbacks, Austin worked through it, certainly saving me in unforeseen costs.

I cannot esteem Austin's work ethic and personability enough. Austin and Lutz plumbing have won a customer for life. If you have a job big or small, give them a shot and I'm sure you'll be as satisfied as I am.

Person was here for 15 minutes tops and charged 29.95 just to drive here, $139.99 to get the garbage disposal working and $62.95 to disconnect a hose from my washing machine. No parts at all. Talk about a rip off. My fault I should have done a better job asking about there fee structure. So beware. Call to be ripped off.
