My problem with Sleepcair is that it is very difficult to reach anyone. My O2 concentrator has gone out on me on two separate occasions...both over the weekend. No one ever answers the phone at their answering service. It can also be very difficult to reach someone during the week. When I am able to reach someone , they have always been helpful. It's just that getting through in the first place can be a real challenge.

Sleepcair could try to have some sort of customer service. I have called and emailed and the typical response is that isn't my department. There is no communication within the company and if you have insurance, they will charge you more. They are defiantly part of what is wrong with the healthcare industry. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you feel like getting ripped off and screwed over.
