At the time they were nice and helpful. However I was the one that found the home I ended up buying, the house was a mess when I got it (at the time blamed it on the sellers) and after I asked them to contact the sellers to inform them that they had left there old family VHS tapes they did nothing. I eventually found them via Facebook from things they'd left and they were happy to get there tapes back. I won't be using the property shop in the future.
