0I have nothing good to say about Top Notch or Bob. We had them as our service provider and found that the service men were young, inexperienced and not very competent. In addition, we would have an appointment and wait all day and no one would call or show up. BUT, what I'm really angry about is Bob sold us a ductless air conditioning unit for $3200.00 which worked for two seasons. Worse part, you can’t get parts because the unit that he sold us was already 10 years old when we purchased it from him! Bob will not give us our money back, nor replace the "old" unit. We've contacted him several times to resolve this issue and he now says: "I'm done with you!"
I used this company to have my system fixed. Granted it is an older system but Bob said he could fix it. He put in a fan that was too large and it made a lot of noise, so he came back and put in a smaller fan. It was a little less noisy for about a day and than got louder. He said that was the best he could do and recommedned a new unit. He charged us $800 for this. I had two other companies come out after and was told by them that he totally overcharged us by about $500. DO NOT USE HIM. I did some research on him and was told about his business practices. GOT TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!
This company is so good they truely care about their customers. I had my ac break during the heat wave this summer and not only did they squeeze me in the same day I called, where other companies told my husband it would be 3 to 4 days before they could come out. They went so far as to get another company to come to my house because they got backed up and couldn't get to me like they thought and then called me around 7pm to make sure the other company came and everything was working. I was very impressed that they did whatever they had to to make sure my ac got fixed even if it wasn't from them. I have only had two dealings with them and both times have been great. They have convinced me they truely care about the people not the all mighty dollar like most companies. Thank you guys for giving great service it is greatly appreciated. :)
