I do not feel this company deserves a star. After having a 2nd time bad experience, I tried to work it out with the owner Lori Ann Taylor so that I would not have anything bad to say. But after emailling her several times, reporting her to BBB, calling her, she has not even contacted me back to address the problem, WOW, that is terrible customer service. After talking to other people I realize I am not the only one who has been in this situation or even worse.

I recently purchased a groupon for eye lash extensions to try for the first time. For 48 hours the results were fantastic. However, after 5 days I had 5 lashes on my right eye. I called to schedule a "fill in" the following week, discussed what happened with the receptionist and she told me I should try the extensions again and get a fill in. I made my appointment at the 3 week mark. When I arrived they said I would have to pay for a full set because I had 1 lash on my right eye. I explained what happened and was offered a full set for 125. I was not educated up front about having to pay for a full set if there were minimal lashes when it was time for a "fill in". Now I know this varies based on the individual. Also so everyone is aware, they apply about 30 lashes per eye in about 30 minutes. At Hair and Now you get 60-90 lashes per eye and it takes 60-90 minutes. Obviously, a different level of service. Do not waste your time and money with eye lash extensions here.

Wow! I recently purchased a Groupon for Laser Hair Removal at Belle Vie. I was a little nervous because I didn't know much about Belle vie but I am so impressed! This isn't my first time with Laser Hair Removal and it blows the other medical spa out of the water! Amazing customer service, amazing nurse, amazing facility! An exceptional experience!

I highly recommend. I come from California, so I have been to my share of plastic surgeons and spa's. Belle Vie is one of the best! Such a relaxing environment, yet I know the staff is highly qualified. Also, such an involved and attentive staff.

I get my botox at Belle vie and have been for years. The nurses are wonderful and the girls at the front desk always let me know if there is a rebate going on. They even take care of the rebates for me. All I have to do is put a stamp on it and mail it in. Not an easier place in town to have your treatments done!

This is the only place I will go for my Botox every 3 months. They get it right every time! Thanks Carrie

The spa is absolutely fabulous. Very educated and caring staff. Told me exactly what I needed to get done and help me put a plan in place!

What a horrible med spa. I have gone to most the med spas in the Lexington are and they are by far the worst. It is decorated very nice and pretty when you walk in, but the staff makes it ugly. I have never been treated by such a rude person in my life, (and she was the owner!) I had taken advantage of a special they had for the 2nd time. She said she didn't appreciate me coming in twice and asking for a deal. Basically she said if I couldn't afford to pay for it full price 2nd time around that I should go elsewhere. What a horrible lady.

What a fabulous experience! I'm not from this area, so I was taking a chance picking a place for a facial, off the internet! Well, I was not disappointed-Belle Vie is sumptuos, relaxing and fairly priced for exceptional, professional service. Thanks Carrie.

Girls, sorry about the crying today. part of the reason was because i cannot say thank you for your kind treatment of me thur all the treatments. i embarked on this adventure because i could not puck them anymore, i did not want to be the little old that had hair on her face.thanks to you i do not. thank you so much. i love you girls.
