they don't have a star low enough to rate them.
they ether owe the techs money or they will not sent the part to fix the problem. leaving the tech and customer hanging out to dry.

I did work for these guys and they wont even pay me for it the TV got fixed but I never got paid for the job what a bunch of losers, on top of that the customer was waiting a month before they sent a tech out

Bobby Jones Electronics is the...

Bobby Jones Electronics is the most disorganized company I have ever worked with.



They farm out their warranty and onsite work to other organizations and are terrible at keeping in contact and documenting what they do.



We are one of the firms that worked with them and will NEVER do this again.



They have defaulted on paying their bills for over 6 months after jobs have been completed to 100% satisfaction.



They also do not explain everything to the customer and do not send all required parts for the initial visit. We had to re-visit a customer and use parts off of old equipment on new because wires and other parts were missing.



Stay away from these people. They do not talk to each other in the office, They only have email and instant messaging. I have tried for months to get in touch with the customer service manager Ben Malkin after our initial talks and he disappeared and nobody knows where he is and they say he is the only one that can assist me. What kind of organization does not have verbal communication with employees and also drops the ball when a person is not available…. Especially for months at a time when there is a billing issue.



Customer and Technicians BEWARE…. Stay away from Bobby Jones Electronics for any service.



Their BBB rating is also an “F” and they have many complaints about them.

I am surprised that this compa...

I am surprised that this company is still in business!! We purchased a Haier washing machine about 3 months ago. After 2 days of using it, it starts to leak. We called Haier and they told us Bobby Jones Electronics will be the people who will fix our washing machine.. We call them and tell them it is leaking and they say okay we will order the parts... how do they know which parts to order if they don't come out and look at it?? So a month later our parts come in...a part time guy comes over and tells us they are not the right parts... we call bobby jones and they tell us they will order more parts... a month and a half later the parts come in... and WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!! THEY ARE THE WRONG PARTS!! These people are ridiculous! One of the guys at Bobby Jones has the nerve to tell me they have a 99% satisfaction rating!!!





These people are idiots! I'm upset that I have to actually give them a star to rate them!

If anybody sends you to these ...

If anybody sends you to these folks for TV repair, RUN LIKE HELL IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! They take thier own sweet time delaying payment to thier technicians and thier management leaves me wondering if they were once part of the three stooges! If you're willing to put up with thier crap, so be it but as of now, I will not accept any further work from them!

THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

I have been to three goat roping and two county fairs, I thought I had seen one of everything until I had dealing with this company.



Customer service is not in this companies vocabulary… Before this incident they were a service center for Wal-Mart extended warranty, this is how I was referred to the company. I have spent a total of fifteen hours (15) waiting on Bobby Jones Electronics to keep just one of their promises to keep an appointment to come to my home to repaid my big screen TV. After fifteen (15) hours spent waiting on them to show up for an appointment and four (4) appointments missed, I called Wal-Mart and cancelled using this company. I have a feeling that after the complaints I have filed with Wal-Mart that Bobby Jones Electronics will no longer be an authorized service center for Wal-Mart.



The customer service manager at Bobby Jones Electronics should have a new title, No-Customer Service Manager. She is so bad at making excuses that she gets all the different stories mixed up and confused and does not remember the story she told you in the last phone conversation.



My suggestion is that if you are looking for an electronics repair facility, do not use this company. If you have an extended warranty company and you are given this company as a repair facility, ask for another company. If you have been stuck with having to deal with this company and found the frustration and loss of income that I have, I would suggest that you do what I have done.



First, write a letter to the Better Business Bureau Central & Eastern Kentucky, post your complaint online in as many places as you can so that other people will be able to avoid the company, and most important of all, FILE A CLAIM IN YOUR COUNTY’S SMALL CLAIMS COURT! If these people have to take the time to drive to your county and defend their bad and illegal business practices in a public court, one of two things will happen, they will either go out of business or they will change their business practices. Either way, the consumers wins……



I am tired of being ripped off by businesses that feel that it is their right to lie to and take money from consumers while not working for the money. With milk and gas at over three (3) dollars a gallon, the last thing I need is a rip off business wasting fifteen (15) hours of my time.
