One star is generous for this place. Word of advice, do not live here. This "management" team, is pretty much a joke.



Our $900 rent check was lost in the drop box a few months after moving in. We were blamed by the management for not paying rent and threatened with late fees and eviction if we didn't pay again. Upon showing the carbon copy of the check we wrote, I was basically called a liar and told I could have made that copy up that day. We were forced to pay a stop payment fee on the check because they wouldn't cover that for their mistake. They somehow never have an answer when challenged though, and stammered around when I asked why the box people put tens of thousands of dollars in is not under video surveillance. If it were, they could have simply rolled the tape back to the exact date and time I dropped off our payment and see me doing so. Their story then changed to someone could have stolen the check out of the box. Sounds like a security issue to me... still your problem.



When we (finally) moved out, our apartment was spotless and everything was returned to the office in perfect order. We were charged our entire deposit for "professional cleaning," plus additional fees for keys we "never returned." Upon dropping off my keys before leaving, I asked if there was anything I needed to sign to confirm that I had turned in all the keys I was issued, and was told no. When confronted with bogus fees, I alluded to our previous conversation (where they have no record of anything as far as I can tell) and the fees were immediately removed. It took about two weeks of getting blown off on the phone for me to get an answer about what exactly required professional cleaning in the apartment...there was none. After being enough of a pest to them, I was promised my full refund would be in the mail in 30 days. 30 days later we sit and I have yet to receive a penny from them. But don't worry, I haven't forgotten. Blow me off a few more times and I will show up in your office unannounced, expecting my check.



If you're looking for mediocre accommodations, overpriced rent, horrific management and bogus fees, this is the place for you!!

What they don't tell you is that they do not cover normal wear and tear. On my move out inspection they stated that the carpet was vacuumed and no stains but apparently if you don't have the carpet shampooed they will charge you $50. I have never heard of an apt complex that you have to shampoo your own carpet! They also charged me for the kitchen being dirty and it was spotless except for water damage from a leak under the sink that they never repaired- $75. And then they charged $230 for paint - we lived there for 1 year and we had very minimal wear and tear so unless you plan to not "live" in this apt it is not for you!!!!!
