If you like a good bait and switch, then this is the place for you. My friend bought a window tint for $99, so I called 2 hours later and was charged $129. She got the darkest legal tint which is 35% in the front and 20% in the back. I made an appt (this is an important fact) before Christmas to get the tinting done and went over every thing in person. What tint I wanted, what time to drop off and what time it would be done. I confirmed this in person. AT NO TIME DURING ALL THIS WAS I TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE PAY EXTRA. Fast forward to today. Drop my car off before 9am, leave my key and a note reminding them what we discussed. Get a call at 11 stating it's $90 more to do what had been agreed on. He was rude about it as well. Agree to 35% all around and agree to a 2pm pick up. When I didn't hear from them by 2:30, I call to be told that "because there were changes made the car was pushed back" and "if he had to quote a time it would be done it would be when they close at 7pm". Meanwhile, a friend goes without an appt and is in and out in 2 hours. If you want horrible customer service, no follow thru and a business that can't keep their word then by all means spend your money here. BTW, I still don't have my car...

Lucky's has done absolutely everything to my FJ Cruiser and a fantastic job at that! Wheels, tires, lift, full audio install, step bars and several other things already! I keep taking my vehicle back to them again and again.

Took my car in at 4:00 was told to come back by the short fat dude that works the register at 7:00. I even called when I drove by there at 5:00 when I noticed my car was still parked in same place as it was she I left it and asked them if my car was going to be ready by their closing time at 7:00. He said yes! At 6:45 I called before I left my house and asked if my car was ready and the dude said, yes you can come on it wont be much longer and when I got there they hadn't even took my car to the garage until I got there then I saw them drive my car in garage. The manager walked out and said I can hear you complaining and I said yes because your guy told me to come around 7:00. He said around 7 could mean 6:45 or 7:45. It was 7:15 when he said that. It takes longer than 30 mins to tint windows and if I had waited it would have been after 8:00 when they would be done. I got my money back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional! All they had to do was tell me to bring my car back if they were to backed up or have the decency to call like any other business would do if they were going to be that late, not tell me she I called and asked if it was ready...... To come on in it wouldn't be that much longer!!!! Why didn't he just say we haven't even started on your car yet!!!!!

Bottom line,...professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff that made sure I was taken care of from the start. I had an alarm system/remote starter installed and completely pleased with the whole process. These guys listened to me when I explained what I wanted while not trying to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. My install ran a bit longer than stated it would but I received a call letting me know this and I was constantly made aware of where they were in the process.This is a place I'll have no hesitation using again in the future.Kevin P.Georgetown,Ky.

I give them NEGATIVE stars!!!! Wow this place needs to be PUT OUT of business! Tthey have no customer skills, rude and quite frankly a bunch of lazy dudes. That place is only open and makes money by screwing people over! Would you ever come back, when the work is unacceptable and they won't fix the problem, to use store credit? What a load of dung!! I work for a big named car dealership here in town and I am making sure we don't use their business, unfortunately I wish I had asked around before using Lucky's, I would have found out to go elsewhere.

Did an awesome job on a DVD drop down. Staff was courteous, polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Lucky's Autosports really took care of me on my car stereo and remote starter! I dropped my car off and they had everything ready on the same day. Sounds great! Thanks!
