No stars for no service. MetLife is the absolute pinnacle of bad service and handling claims. I had been paying disability insurance with them for 13 years in case, god forbid, something should happen. Well it did. After hard fought initial payments were paid months in arears I was judged not disabled and beneifits stopped. In the meantime the Social Security Admin. found me disabled as well as a host of physicians. Now I am w/o health insurance and the insurance benefit I paid for. No doctor from metLife every examined me nor gave a diagnosis. I meet the criteria for disability by physicians and the federal government, but not a MetLife Claims representative. So therefore, as I was Gleefully told to go back to work full time because they have judged me well. Keep you money, after 13 years of saving it well do you a lot more good.
