Because the machines were not purchased from them they are not willing to allow me to get instructions in any of the classes they have listed on the website they maintain. The person on the phone was less than friendly or polite and she made statements indicating she was not willing to give any information. They discriminate against certain persons. I would not recommend this business to anyone for any reason. I have chosen to buy all education, parts, services, fabrics and any other supplies from other sources.
