Turf Catering also provides services for sports facilities, special events and conventions. The company is known for its corned beef sandwiches, chicken selections, prime rib, desserts and salads. Executive Chefs Ed Boutilier and Steve Lee offer more than 40 years leadership and experience to its culinary teams. The company is capable of catering both large and small events, ranging from 25 to 2,500 people. The company has been owned and operated by the Wolken family since it was founded in 1929.
