I called in a prescription yesterday morning before 9:00 a.m. Indicated I wanted to pick it up after 1:00 p.m. Plenty of time for the pharmacist to get the prescription ready. My husband went at 5:30 p.m. Waited for over 20 minutes. When he got to the counter. It wasn't ready. I called this morning to relay the situation. I was told it was ready. No apology. Obviously customer service is not a priority.
