find another attorney. Because my attorney fees and court fees for my divorce were paid over 8 months ago but I am still not divorced due to a series of paperwork filing mistakes. First we were told that the divorce paperwork was filed and after receiving the run around for a couple of months turns out it was never filed. Then I show up for court after confriming court date. But turns out the correct paperwork was not filed and so I had to go to attorneyes office to sign the correct papework. No big deal if I lived in the area but I live 10 hours away round trip so basically I showed up to court and the attorney told me we have to file another paper so lets go to my office and sign and I'll file it. When I call to ask questions the receptionist hangs up and me and tell me to read my letters. I explain Im trying to confirm my court date because I live 10 hours away round trip but she only tells me she is busy and I need to read my letters. Finally I was able to speak to the attorney and he confirmed my court date but didnt address my complaint about the receptionist hanging up on me. So If you want an attorney that provides you with quality service and staff and willing to listen to complaints or concerns about staff go somewhere else.
