After this review was brought to our attention, we looked to see what the problem could have been and who may not have been happy with our service so that we could address. Unfortunately, we only used the equipment she is describing (known as a TES unit) three times between when we bought it in late June 2007 and 11/13/2007 when the posting was listed.
