My knee Brace, back brace and Shoullder Brace, thank you for the help, last October 2013. I receive this 3 items from Jencyn Medical Supply.

I have been with Jencyn since March 2012. I received a TENS machine for my Back ,Muscle Spasms. The machine works great, but...I have not been able to get a hold of Jencyn for close to one year, by phone. Both numbers are always busy, but last year, the numbers never rang. I would like to know why this is. Anyway, I wanted to know why I was receiving a shock when I use the machine, but I only use one side in the last year. I need to be contacted via Email please. Otherwise, they were very polite and useful, when they used to answer the telephone. Thanks, because this machine has put me out of misery many a days!!

Received a wonderful back brace in the mail today thanks to Jencyn & Medicare. Woke up with a monster backache, and the package was already on the door step. Felt better within about 15 minutes. Thanks!!!
