This complaint is how this "business" runs their billing department. On their website they state they accept all major credit cards. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! Apparently each doctor(Molly Burns doesn't accept credit cards) can decide if they want to accept credit cards or not. First of all that is the stupidest policy I have ever heard of. If you are a business then streamline your policies otherwise you look very bush league. Second of all if you are in the medical profession you need to accept all major credit cards period, to not is idiotic and unprofessional. I think this is totally ridicolous and am appalled at how you can call yourselves a professional business. So I say to anyone who is thinking about using this so called business, if their billing practices are this pathetic how do you think their practice is??
