Terrible customer service. I give 1 star because I can't give 0

My debit card was stole and the person that stole it overdrafted my account by less than $50.00. I notified the police and Union Bank immediately. They cancelled my card and gave me a new one. The overdraft charges were suppose to be taking off my account. (The thief only stole $83.00, but the bank was charging over $1,000.00 over draft fees.) Even the tailer said it was ridiculous and tried to get the supervisor to fix the problem. After calling many times the problem was said to be fixed. When my check was deposited, I checked my balance via ATM and my check was there so I used my card to buy food, diapers, gas, ect,. Only later to find out that the bank took my check and they claim that my account was still negative by over a thousand! When I asked them why my ATM says that I have money? -The only response I got was that --I should know better than to check my account balenance via ATM. They then charged me late fees on everything that I bought with my paycheck.
