When I arrived for my 7:30 am appointment, the employee at the front desk tells me that there were no groomers working that day. She even tried to argue with me that I showed up on the wrong day until finally admitting that someone had rearranged the schedule & they didn't notice it until the night before. They weren't planning on calling to tell me until Monday, which does no good if my appointment is on a Saturday. Were they just counting on me not showing up? Not only were they unapologetic, I just wish they would have called & told me my appointment had been rescheduled. The night the realized it, or even early that morning before I drove all the way there. I expressed my frustration with the employee at the front desk, but she acted like they had done nothing wrong. In fact, she spent a good amount of energy trying to place the blame on ME. As a result of their attitude & reaction to this situation, I will never bring my dog back.

They have taken great care of our dogs. They are always friendly and helpful.

We just adopted a dog from CARE and the folks are Chenal Valley Animal Hospital provided wonderful services to bring us a healthy dog! The staff is wonderful and considerate and all were excited about our adoption. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

The vet talked down to us and the staff were disrespectful. It seemed as though they didn't care if we were their customer or not. We were certainly treated like a "number" and herded through the clinic. First impression was NOT good. We'll be looking elsewhere for our pet's health care needs.

Dr. Kim has taken good care of our two dogs, Babe and Ruth. We always are greeted warmly by the staff and Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim will call personally to follow-up on any of our dogs that are ill. She even took our son's dog (Mollie) home with her to keep an extra sharp eye when Mollie was very sick. We have recommended her to all our friends who have pets.

We recently moved to LR from Austin, and Chenal Valley Animal Hospital was highly recommended by 2 different friends. We soon discovered that our 16-yr old cat needed to have a cancerous mass removed from his rear leg. Kim Miller (vet) put me at ease and was more than willing to discuss the procedure and a plan for his recovery. The receptionist was very compassionate despite my frazzled nerves and went out of her way to be helpful. The vet technician was knowledgeable and took the time to discuss medications and followup visits. I know my cat is in good hands with them and have even decided to use their Boarding services while out of town.
