I went to this office, and they confused my insurance with another plan. They quoted me for services while I was in the chair but were giving me incorrect rates (as they had mixed up the insurance plans). I am now stuck with a $900.00 bill for services that were quoted at a fraction of that. The staff did an incredible job at making this right, and I am looking forward to my upcoming appointment on Monday. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced.
