      General Info
      Established in 1987, the Western Maine Family Health Center specializes in primary and preventive care services. Located in Livermore Falls, Maine, the center offers family planning, osteopathic manipulation and minor office surgical services. It serves more than 4,500 individuals annually. The Western Maine Family Health Center provides on-site health care and nutritional programs. The center offers routine health examination, medication administration and 24-hour emergency response services. It provides pediatric care, sports medicine and treatment services for acute and chronic illnesses. In addition, the Western Maine Family Health Center hosts immunization camps for children and adults. The center is a part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, which is a system of several federally qualified health centers to provide medical care services in rural communities of central and western Maine.
