Choice: We Can Customize A House For You If you like one of our houses, but it doesn't quite have all the features you want. We can completely customize a house to meet your needs. If the home needs repairs we may be able to work out some credits for quality work you perform or have performed.

We assist homeowners in all of these situations to get them in the home of their dreams as quickly as possible. After move in, we work with lenders to get them "seasoned", so they can qualify for a new loan and then buy the property with traditional financing. We work with sellers who need to sell or want to sell, but do not want to wait six months to market their home, repair and renovate, pay real estate commissions, or wait for an approved buyer. We assist sellers who need a no hassle, friendly transaction, a fast and flexible sale, a fair price and a quick offer. Additionally, we aid those who have a home needing repairs or maintenance or need to relocate ASAP.
