I took my wife, her mom, and our 3 children to Denny's in Logan UT for an early mothers day gift. The waiter took our drink order within 5 minutes of us being there, which was great. He took our order quickly despite several other families being there. However, after waiting over 50 minutes for our food the manger came and apologized at least twice saying "we are being inspected, so the kitchen runs slow" so now an hour later and after people who came after us received there food our food arrives and our three year old's food was not there. The waiter said well we are out of pizza with a relaxed attitude. I don't understand how after an hour of waiting for our food no one could come and tell us. He honestly expected all of us to eat, and for the youngest child to just sit there. After speaking with a manager the lady came back and took $8.50 off our bill and offered a free desert. Honestly, I think they should re-train their entire crew.

Don't go!!! I just went and I puked it all up. Plz don't take your kids. It's under cooked and there was hair in the food. We had to send our food back like 3 different times.

Visited your restaurant for the second time the other day in hopes that my experience would be better than my first. As before...the food was really good....but you have continued to keep this restaurant at freezing temp. Each time I have visited I've been told that "the heater went out today and we're working on it" well...I think that's a bogus lie because I'm not the only one who had visited during Christmas and heard that same lie. Not to mention the fact that your management has no experience and no clue whatever on how to run a restaurant. Management 101: know how to work the register. I thought I'd give dennys in logan a second chance but I will definitely NEVER go back again. It's not enjoyable to go out to eat and be forced to wear your coat throughout the meal because it's freezing inside. It was an awful experience.

One word. GHETTO. From start to finish the entire experience was unorganized and unprofessional. Our waitress admitted to being slow because of partying all night...seriously? Food took over 30 minutes and was cold and not that great. First time I've ever had to leave a review on a place being this bad. My business will be staying with Angies and Village Inn.
