I would give this a zero but I have to give at least one star. Went in with EIGHT bridesmaids. We made an appointment. We walked in and there was not a single representative in sight. We FINALLY got assigned to Kelly, who said "here are the dresses" (captain obvious) and walked away. We never saw her again. We went back, there were no fitting rooms so we had to find our own. Two rooms , with eight bridesmaids WITH an appointment. We did ok by ourselves. I went around looking through cabinets to find clips. I clipped the girls myself, and we finally found the perfect dress. I guess the one star could be because the dress was affordable. I went back to the front, Kelly was called to the customer service desk, twice. She FINALLY came back, disheveled as ever, and to make a long story short, told us she wasn't going to measure us, that we should know our sizes and the dress was as is. What in the hell is the point of making everyone come in if we could just as well order dresses online and wear them as is? This was the worst experience of my entire life, and if you're going to David's bridal, go to another location. This location has people with no customer service at all or commons sense. If you're going here just order your dress from a third world country and have them guess your size. You'll have better odds.

Buying a wedding dress is supposed to be a once in a lifetime experience. You should feel like a princess, special, catered to, but at David's Bridal this is not the case. I went looking for a dress with my mom and aunts on a Saturday, since that was the only day everyone could go. It was a ZOO!!! You feel almost "herded" around the store. When I finally was put in a dressing room, they asked what styles I liked. First of all, you can like a style, doesn't mean it will be flattering. And second of all, most people don't really know if it is their first time what looks good on them. i hated the fact that I couldn't go look at all the dresses and pick out the ones I wanted to try on. Once the lady brought me some dresses and I tried them on I think I had maybe 4x4 foot square to look at myself in the mirror, meanwhile people are walking by trying not to step on the dress you have on. It was completely awful! It is also a very emotional experience and they definitely know how to play on your emotions and pretty much alk you into buying a dress whether you are sure or not. It is pretty cheesy what they do with the whole "ring the bell and make a wish", my wish would have been to have never gone there in the first place!! Compared to other bridal shops & boutiques, David's doesn't give you the full on experience a bride deserves. They also make you pay in full with NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. Most bridal shops ask for half down and the remainder when the dress comes in. In my opinion, they are overpriced, poor quality and you are definitely better off never stopping into any of their locations, it is not worth it!!
