All Massage techniques are utilized as needed and offered during your massage therapy session. The various massage techniques will help reduce scar tissue, decrease lactic acid in the muscle tissue, maximizes the supply of nutrients into tissues and vital organs and oxygen through increased circulation of blood and lymph system. At the same time helping to improve all aspects of muscular injuries, range of motion and decrease chronic aches and pains caused by a present or past injury. Frequent massage therapy is the key tool used to help you recover.
