Welcome to Plasticare Surgery Center located in Long Beach, California - the office of Ikonija Connie S. Joy, M. D. F.A.C.S. and her team of caring surgical professionals. Serving all of Los Angeles County and Orange County. Dr. Joy is a board-certified woman plastic surgeon and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Joy was the first graduating woman plastic surgeon from the University of California, Irvine, Plastic Surgery Department. Dr. Joy served as Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine, from 1980 to 1993. She served as chairman for the Plastic Surgery Division of Long Beach Memorial Medical Center 1992-1994.
