Unprofessional. Incompetent. Nonresponsive.... If you want an incompetent lawyer who constantly needs to be babysat, Gary Simkins is your man. Gary was hired to assist me with a motor vehicle accident case. I had to continuously call the office for the status of my case. When inquiring, it was clear the office made no movement until my call prompted them to take action. My case was finally settled a year and a half after the accident. When attempting to refinance a home loan, I later found that Gary did not take care of all incurred medical expenses as a collections debt is now posted to my credit report. I'll also note that I inquired about this bill prior to it escalating to collections and Gary assured me it was paid and taken care of. His office is now completely unresponsive, I'm sure because he's already received compensation. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from his office.
