Honest sweet and very professional. Mack is a gem and credit to his profession

Our tenants were arriving onSaturday and the outdoor unit was shot. Mack came disconnected the old and ran to Allentown picked up a new unit and had it up and running in a few hours.

Mack saved our necks on a -18 degree day when we were out of town and our ductless heat pump was hit by a tree. We are so pleased to have him on speed dial at any cost! Highly recommend

I am grateful for Mack repairing our Heatpump as opposed to replacing it. As an owner of many rental properties, it’s important to have an honest realizable service company. Mack repaired it under manufacturer warranty and only charged for labor. He gave us the old part which speaks volumes and eliminates doubt. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Mack and his wife. Not only are they are amazing people. They provided us with amazing service, savings us thousands of dollars. They turned on the unit, and did not leave until they were satisfied that the unit was working. Prior to calling Mack we had called a service person who had told us that we needed to buy a new unit, which was not the case. All we needed was to replace a few small parts. Could not have asked for a more skilled technician when we were having problems with air flow for years! Other contractors wanted to sell us all new ducts and Mack cut and added return that fixed the problem at a fraction of estimates.

we were having a family reunion on the 4th of July with about 34 members and as circumstances would have it our central ac unit went out. we were thinking about booking rooms at local hotels but all were sold out. My husband called Mack and although he was on vacation he agreed to have a look. my husband was so confident when talking to Mack when he arrived we were certain he was the one. after showing us what "we did wrong" after replacing our old thermostat with a Wifi type he replaced a transformer and put in a safety fuse in case. our home was nice and cold in no time and he stayed around to be sure. we were so pleased with Mack we invited him for our bbq and my sister set up a service call on her unit. we sincerely Mack and his effort. @Tomasina Hardford

My husband was away on business when our central ac broke down. He told me to shop around and so I got Mack's number from a Craig's List ad. As soon as I spoke to Mack I was certain he was the man for the job. He said "you only pay for the time and parts needed, not one cent more" that was so straight forward and we agreed on a time and day that was convenient for me. He arrived in a neat well equipped truck and was polite and well groomed. He handed me a business card and said "where is the patient",lol". He showed me inside the outdoor unit, a snake(true story)got behind the control board and shorted it out. The board replacement cost was ok but to get us going Mack soldered the board just to get us going and said he will order the proper board and install it at a more convenient time. After the snow storm I called for emergency service on my heatpump. I spoke to Mack and he first off assures me we would have heat that night. Then he asked if we had children or elderly ones at home and I replied yes I have two children. Mack was at my home within the hour and after twenty minutes informed us it was a broken wire connector. He could have told us it was an expensive part but just charged us an $85 service call. He was honest, clean, well mannered and very knowledgable. And now that we know he also does plumbing and electric, he is our guy!!- Sherry Goodspee
