I paid $55 over two weeks ago for this service to be completed. After two weeks of sending emails to attempt to get an update on this status there has been no communication. This is a timed service that has to be completed in a timely manner. Mr. Taylor has not provided the service, nor has he sent any response to my multiple communications to inquire about the status. I have requested some form of documentation, which he has not provided. I also discovered he originally had this business in California, where he has a one star rating and multiple bad reviews. I have attempted to request my refund directly to Mr. Taylor and he has refused to discuss the issue or provide documentation of service. I DO NOT recommend using this service.
