Beware of this business! My car was sent by a bodyshop to Inlign for a 4 wheel alignment. Over the life of this vehicle everyone that rode in it commented on how quiet it was. When we got it back there was a noise. The car was returned by the bodyshop to Inlign where they were told that they thought they had found the problem, they hadn't tightened a bolt properly. This was enough that it should have bothered me, they left a bolt loose on a suspension item... really? but I had faith in the bodyshop. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem and the noise got progressively worse. Back to Inlign via the body shop where this time they said, I know it seems like a real coincidence but it turns out to be a wear and tear item, it needs a new strut bearing, only $300 installed. Well, if this was the case I surely couldn't blame it on a minor accident. I took the car to Inlign and waited the whole morning while they installed it. I have been a customer at Inlign since they openned and have found them to be nothing more than professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. It is too bad that some people feel they need to ruin the reputation of a competitor. This is an awesome place to have your car repaired and to sit back and enjoy the clean waiting room with free wifi and gourmet coffee. Not to mention the leather seats and large screan t.v. We went there for an oil change and found the new business to be the best place we had ever been. The owner, Tim greeted us and we have been going there ever since. The waiting areas are fantastic with free internet access, the best gourmet coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine, very clean, flat screen TV with the most sincere and friendly people. We bring both of our vehicles to him when anything needs repair or maintenance and they do it fast, very competitive pricing and honestly. Their integrity is beyond any automotive shop we have ever been. They will recommend when fluids need changing or any other maintenance he feels is coming due without pressure and treats you like family. We would highly recommend Inlign to anyone who needs service or repairs.

As a woman I find it very intimidating to have my car serviced. A friend suggested Inlign Auto so I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. They provided good service, explained everything to me without talking down to me, and thier coffee is awesome. They even have a clean bathroom with a purse hook. They are nice, I will return.
